For my project today, I made an exercise journal. I am getting ready to transition off of Medi Fast food (Take Shape For Life) and need to increase my exercising in order to keep the 77+ lbs that I recently lost off! If you want to find out how I lost my weight, go HERE for more information. I get asked a lot how I lost the weight so I thought I would provide the information to my coach's site up front!
For me, losing the weight has been easy ~ just follow the program and eat their food!! Keeping it off is my Bucket List Item!! Exercise = Metabolism. I dread exercise, so I made this journal to help me "see" how often I exercise ~ both incidental exercise and scheduled exercise.
For this project, I dug out my Gypsy.
I found the font from Sophisticated sized at 1.5 inches. I found the border of running girls from Sports Mania sized at 1.85 inches and welded them all together
I cut them out in green cardstock.
I used paper from this K&Co. pad I just got on clearance at Michaels. I traced the front and back cover of the composition book onto the back of the papers and cut them out.
I used my ATG gun to adhere some purple ribbon to the cover of the book (so it is sandwiched between the paper and the cover). I then adhered the paper to the cover with my ATG gun.
I used my 5" Xyron to adhere my cut on the front. I used my ATG gun to glue the black and white ribbon on the side of the binding.
I tied a light blue ribbon next to the black ribbon. I tied a clip with some beads on it with a smaller blue ribbon because a girl needs a little bling!
Here is my journal and for my Bucket List ~ keep off the weight I lost (within 10 lbs)!
Once again, you have another chance to win my blog candy.
You need to be or become a follower or subscriber. I would love to hear one of your Bucket List Items!!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Your next stop is NANCY!

fabby journal and congrats on weight loss. i lost 8 and 1/2 stones 2 years ago but unfortunately i put half of it back on again ;-( i need to get motivated to loose it again.
ReplyDeleteI think I need to follow your advice and make one of these! I kept a journal during my weight loss and was really good at adding my WO history, but then I set it aside. Maybe if it was made pretty I would pick it up more often! Congrats on your success. Keep up the good work, I know how difficult it can be. I need to lose about 15 pounds to get back to my goal again. It's been creeping on, after I lost 140 pounds. Lots of discipline! tfs Tami
