Today is my very favorite project of all of the 12 days!!!
I bought a runner sled at a garage sale. It was dirty and the rope was broken. I cleaned it up and cut the rope off.
My brother found my ice skates from long ago and brought them to me. It was a match made in heaven!!
I moved it to my front porch. I love it because the skates were mine!!!
I have had so much fun these past 12 days - there have been so many awesome projects!!! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas!!!

I tied the skate laces together and looped them on the wood steering piece.
I used floral wire to secure the laces and the floral spray (that I found at Michaels) to the sled.
I cut part of the floral spray and put it in one of the skates. I used wire to secure it to the skate by threading it through the lace holes.
I made a bow out of gold glitter tulle and attached it to the top of the sled with wire.
I tested it out in my craft room against the wall.
I moved it to my front porch. I love it because the skates were mine!!!
