Are you Love Struck by someone that you never thought would enter your life, you boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, son or daughter? Maybe even your pet!
Well here we are again for another Krazy Crafting Crew blog hop, Lissa Marie at "So Many Crafts, So Little time" will be your host today if you would like to start there, but since you are here... let's have some fun!
If you have never hopped before it is fun and inspiring, grab your favorite drink and stay awhile for these inspirational valentine projects that are linked one after another. Lissa Marie has provided a layout sketch and a card sketch for the team to go with, and have them show you their take on how they will interprate this piece of art. We only have to do one or the other. Stick around for the blog candy that Lissa is giving away for those who have hopped by. Here is the sketches courtousy to Google on the layout and a sketch Lissa reinterpretated the scraplift from card she saw on Google.. oh yes, she is a scraplifter!
For this hop, I chose the scrapbook layout sketch to create my project:
I recently printed off some pictures from my cell phone using the Groovebook app. For $2.99 a month, you get 100 4x6 photos printed, bound and shipped.
You pick the pictures and each photo is perforated for easy removal. If you want to try one month free, just use code APGAR7.
The photo I used is from August 2012 and was stuck on my phone!
This is my youngest son and my youngest niece - they are 6 weeks apart. I have all boys, and my brothers have all girls. I take tons of photos of these two so someday I can create an album of them for their high school graduation parties!!
I cut the notebook paper and title from on my cameo. I wanted to include the word "love" but not in the romantic way.
I found these circle images and heart banners in the Silhouette online store. I used a font on my computer along with the offset feature to create the shadow layer.
I pop-dotted the word cousins and the heart circle for dimension.
I love the blue with the pink and red! This was a fun layout to make!!
We all appreciate you stopping by and checking out all the projects, we all love that comment lovin' so please feel free if you like even if it was just to let us know you were here! We love visitors too!

ReplyDeleteReally cute layout. I liked that you mentioned the groovebook, I saw that on Shark tank and checked into it, I unfortunately don't have the best smartphone so my pics aren't that great, but that will change when I upgrade in May! LOL Hopefully I can still take advantage of your coupon code.
ReplyDeleteSweet layout Lori! I've heard about groove book & love that I'm able to see the results. =) Even better that you can tear/pull them out & use them! Love the idea that you are keeping up & plan to have layouts for them up to graduation. I'm already a follower!
