Today my Wedding Mini Album is featured at Frosted Designs for our Chipboard Challenge. My friend requested a Wedding Mini album as a gift. She did not know the colors, so I made the book in black and white. I can easily add colored flowers to match!
Our Sponsor is Moments of Tranquility.
I use 5x7 pieces of chipboard as the pages of my album. I covered both sides of the chipboard with paper from The Forever and Always DCWV paper stack.
I used my ATG to adhere the paper to the chipboard.
I used various wedding images from the Silhouette Online Store and cut them out on my Cameo.
I cut these out in black carstock.
Here is the cover in the works!
I outlined the photo mats with iron on gems from The Buckle Boutique. I used liquid glue to adhere them.
I cut out Bride and Groom from the Silhouette Online store (forgot to take a screen shot) and adhered them to scrap of wedding cardstock.
I pop-dotted them at the bottom of the pages so a photo can slip right behind.
I used my Bind-It-All to bind all the pages together - here they are:
The first pages are for the Bride and Groom. I make my photo mats 4 1/4 x 6 1/4 to leave an 1/8 inch border.
The next page is for the wedding party.
Who doesn't have favorite pictures from the wedding or reception? Here is a great place to put two of them!!
I added silver stickles to the diamond on the rings.
Here is another place for the bride and groom and some notes. The bride can also tuck a keepsake or two in the pocket.
I make a pocket for each mini album I make and include some tags or fancy paper.
And of course, my wish for Happy Ever After on the back page!!
I tied some white tulle to the wires for a soft touch.
What do you use chipboard for? I hope you link up your project with us at Frosted Designs!!!
Beautiful book so elegant. I am sure this will be cherished for years to come. Thanks for sharing.
