T-Ball Mini {FD Journal Tags Challenge}

I completed a mini album from My Monster Creations, who is our sponsor this week at Frosted Designs.  Our challenge is to make a project with Journal Tags.

The inside cover of my album has a two-toned hat from the Baseball Cartridge to match Tanner's t-ball hat.  I also made the glove from Baseball.

I used twine to stitch the glove pieces together, then inked the glove to put some dirt on it!

On this page, I included Tanner's number and a little twine.  This is the photo that shows through the star in the cover.

This photo is of the team in the huddle.  I used a tag for hidden journaling by making a pocket between the photo and mat on the right side.

On the tag I wrote the team members names and jersey numbers.

This cut was made months earlier.  I planned on using it in my older son's album, but it seemed to fit perfectly here.  I welded the words from Base Camp.

Here are a couple of pictures of Tanner in the field.

This page was featured last week at Frosted Designs for our Stitch Challenge.  I used DMC floss to stitch the laces on the baseball.

Here is Tanner hitting the ball.  I found Big Stick from Sports Mania.

This page is of Tanner sliding.

The journaling on this tag is about how big brother kept yelling at Tanner to SLIDE!!  Great advice from the peanut gallery!!

And here is the end of the album.  I used acrylic paint to paint the edges and make them look dirty!

Lori that is a wonderful amazing mini book. The last page is so perfect with the ball and the empty field. Your little guy is so cute. We try to go to Tball games as much as possible for our friends two boys. So much fun.

BTW, did I tell you how proud I am of you and your weight accomplishment? If not, then I am -- and you look so cute too!
