Fabulous Friday Metal Challenge ~ Butterfly Cards

Here is my entry for Frosted Designs Fabulous Friday Metal Challenge.

I love this pad of paper.  It is from K&Co. and the paper is 2-sided.  I was thinking that I have 2-sided paper and a Gypsy and I could probably create something similar. Sooooo....

I took a rectangle from George at 8.12w x 5.49h (using the Real Dial feature) and welded the rectangle with rounded edges (to the left of the stop sign shape on George Shift/Lock) stretched to 0.67w x 5.49h.

Next I found a scallop tag shape from Storybook (but many other carts have this same shape) and welded it to the end of the rectangle.  I sized my shape to 3.70w x 5.59h.

Both of these stamps came from sets I found at Michaels.

Thank you for stopping by my blog!  If you have a metal project or want to make one, share it with us at Frosted Designs!!

Hi Lori :)

Gorgeous card. I live the simplicity and elegance of it, and the butterfly is perfect.

Great sentiments too!

What a great way to utilize the pad of paper! I have some with Christmas themed papers! The metal butterflies are beautiful!
