Winter Fun

Here is my project for the Scrapbook Crop at Michaels yesterday.  I wanted to create a simple, yet fun layout for winter.  Although I designed it on my Gypsy, I made sure the size of images I used were available on the Cricut.  I used A Child's Year and Plantin Schoolbook.

I cut out the letters at 2" from Plantin Schoolbook.  I cut out 5 snowflakes from A Child's Year (Icon) at 3.5 inches and one snowflake at 9 inches.

I embossed the letters with Swiss Dots and my Cuttlebug.

I added gems to the center of the small snowflakes and silver stickles to the arms of the snowflakes.

I made the details with stickles a little different on each snowflake.

This was a simple but fun layout to create.
