Blog Hop Winner

On October 7th, I was in the Frosted Designs Blog Hop.  You can see the post HERE if you missed it.

I failed to remember to draw a winner for my Blog Candy!  One of my faithful followers messaged me and asked about it.  I remembered the day after the hop, but wanted to give it a another day or two for additional commenters.  Well, then I completely forgot until this morning when I read my message.  I apologize!!!

Thanks so much!  This is the month of expressing thanks and I have to say I am overwhelmed with the number of followers I have as well as 139,836 page views!!  When I started my blog I just wanted a place to keep my tutorials for my scrapbook students.  I never imagined that I would have met so many amazing people (most of you I have never seen in person) and would have grown so much as a blogger and crafter!!!  Thank you all!!

I love the idea of a gift bag! Even though the pictures are a little dark, I can tell how much detail went into the butterfly sequining and design! Very cool! Knowing Susan, she will LOVE this (especially since it has her favorite colors)!

My favorite birthday story was this past year, after we had lost everything and were living in the smallest place ever, my boys and their father piled into bed the morning of my birthday to snuggle me and each tell me what their birthday wish for me was. It was a priceless morning well spent!

Love the banner, the halloween that sticks out the most to me was when I was 5. it was the year my parents divorced and my dad went with me, I was wonderwoman, and he let me drive my wonder woman big wheel... I loved it.

My favorite Disney memory was when I was 12 years old and I went there with my family and we got stuck on the Pirates of the Carribean ride right near where the cannonballs were going off we were stuck there for a half an hour when we got going again.... we were deafened and we were damp...lol even thought that happened it didn't matter we were all singing a Pirates Life for me.... We all had a good time.

Disney/Pixar Blog Hop Winner!!!

I was humbled and a little teary- eyed reading all of the comments left on my blog.  I loved all of the Disney memories you shared with me.  I believe 3 of them were Make-A-Wish memories.  I was 25 on my very first visit to Disney, and I felt 4 years old walking through the Magic Kingdom!!  Was so happy when we had our youngest son (his next older brother was 10) because that meant we would get to go back to Disney again!!!

Thank you for the sweet comments on my project.  I spent a lot of time on my layout!  Your comments really keep me motivated!!

I wish I could send blog candy to all of you!!  Unfortunately, I only have one cartridge :(
