Bracelet Bling (The Buckle Boutique)

Today I am featured at The Buckle Boutique!  I made a pretty cuff bracelet using rhinestone sticker sheets!!
I purchased this Fashion Cuff Sizzix die from Modern Surrealist (Marisa Pawelko).  This makes a great cuff bracelet!  You can find this die HERE.

I used the die in my Cuttlebug.  You can use this in a Sizzix Big Shot or other die cut machines that have openings for big dies.
Cut a piece of rhinestone sticker sheet just a bit larger than the die.  Place the sticker sheet rhinestone side up for easier cutting.
Crank the handle of the Cuttlebug to cut through the rhinestone sticker sheet.  Repeat with a strip of felt.
You are going to stick the rhinestone sticker sheet to the felt - this is much more comfortable on the skin!!
I peeled the clear backing off the rhinestone sticker sheet and carefully attached it to the felt.
Here you can see the felt backing.
I laced some skinny ribbon through the holes.
Here is the back.
I tied the ribbons into a bow.
I tried another cuff using Stretch Magic elastic bead cording.  I had to glue the knot so it would not come undone.  I used Beacons 527 Multi-Use Glue.
Here is my lovely model wearing a leopard print cuff!
The other side shows the knot.  I retied the knot and glued it after this picture as it was a little loose for her!
I had so much fun with these cuffs and can't wait to explore other options for this die cut.

Thanks for joining me today!!!

Baseball Bling Bracelet

Hello - I am featured today at The Buckle Boutique!

Many of you know that I am a baseball mom.  I am not normally a super blingy gal, but I am for baseball!!  I have blingy sunglasses, flip flops, hat and shirt - now I have a baseball too.

I got this baseball slide HERE.
It is a ribbon slide, so I took 2 jump rings and put them on the slide bar.  I tied the leather cord to the  jump ring on the slide as well as the jump ring on the clasp.

I added some beads in blue to match my son's baseball uniform.
Even though it is not baseball season right now, I can wear this bracelet as I cheer for the KC Royals!!  My son plays for the Storm Chasers - a select youth baseball team that is associated with the Royals minor league team.

Football Bracelet

Hello and Happy Tuesday!!!  Today I am featured at The Buckle Boutique BLOG!!

I have this awesome football slide and wanted to make it into a bracelet.  Many of you know I am a baseball mom - not a football mom - but my friend is both!!  I made this for her to wear at her two sons games.  They have different jersey colors so I stayed with neutral bead colors.  I used Trinket beads from Michaels as they have big holes in them.

I followed this tutorial I found on Pinterest HERE.

I used black leather cord, a toggle clasp, beads and the slide.
I love the bling!  The can be color customized to match your favorite team.
The clasp even looks good!
I sure hope my friend likes this bracelet!  I need to make a baseball one for me next!!

I love using The Buckle Boutique products - you can find the slides HERE.  They have football, baseball and soccer slides and many more!!!

You can see what I did with baseball slides HERE.

Rhinestone Ribbon Bracelet

Some days, a little sparkle just makes me happy!!  Today I want to share a bracelet I made using ribbon and iron on rhinestones.  This bracelet is also featured on The Buckle Boutique Blog today!!

I measured ribbon from Michaels that would go around my wrist twice and have tails long enough to tie.  Then I measured the iron on rhinestones to fit around my wrist twice.

I cut the rhinestones and ironed them on with a hot iron (no steam) for 30-60 seconds.

Easy little bling!!!
